The firm has one of the longest track records of any investor in the region, actively investing throughout Latin America for nearly two decades, and is one of the only institutional fund managers to have continuously invested in Brazil, Mexico and the Andean region during that timeframe. Employing a hybrid allocator/operator investment approach, the firm invests opportunistically across a range of product types, including for-sale residential, apartments, student housing, office, industrial, lodging and land developments.
